Pink - Funhouse

Funhouse is the fifth studio album by American pop singer P!nk, released by LaFace Records worldwide in October, 2008. Upon its release, the album has reached number one on the charts in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom, while debuting at number two in Germany, Ireland, France and United States.

The album's lead single, "So What", has been the biggest solo success of P!nk's career to date, topping the charts in eleven countries so far, including her native United States, the UK, Germany and in Australia, and reaching the top 5 in many others. Spell REMITTANCE

When children are taught how to tie their shoes, it's because of what their parents showed them. The same as when they learned how to solve Math problems, it is because of what their teacher

Children learn from what they see. Every little thing they see or encountered has a great impact on them. At dahil bata lang sila eh lahat ng nakikita, naririnig or napapanood nila ay aakalain nilang tama. Especially ung mga napapanuod nila sa television.



At the very first time na napanood ko tong commercial na toh eh nainis talaga ko. Naisip ko na maling-mali talaga. This commercial was so disgusting. Syempre kapag narinig ng mga bata un eh tatatak sa isip nila na ang REMITTANCE is spelled as LBC. Kahit pa sabihin nila na it is not their intention na magturo ng mali sa viewers eh MALI as in MALI talaga!

Teacher: ok class, spell " REMITTANCE."
Student 1 (raising his hand): REMITTANCE, capital L-B-C
(magtatawanan buong klase)
Teacher: uhhmm, anyone who can give me the right answer?
Student 2 (raising his hand): Ma'am sabi sa TV, capital L-B-C daw un eh..
Teacher: No class, that's wrong.
Student: eh bakit ganun..?! Tumpak naman daw po ung sagot.

hayz. Ganyan siguro ang magiging senaryo sa school, ayt? This will make confusions sa mga bata.
Sana ung mga advertisers umisip na lang ng new ways of advertising their company. They can advertise in such a way that they will not leave confusions sa mga viewers lalo pa't alam nila eh it will greatly affect sa learning process ng mga bata.

Summer?

Natatawa ako sa sarili ko kasi kung kelan malapit na mag-end ang summer vacation summer eh ngayon ko lang naisipang mag-post ng blog about summer. Siguro, hindi ko lang talaga feel. Hindi ko feel ang summer! Since nung bata pa ko, kapag summer vacation eh hindi ko naman gawain na pumunta ng probinsya to spend a week or two. Sa taun-taong ginawa ng diyos eh hindi ko pa un naranasan. Una, kasi wala naman kami masyadong kamag-anak sa province. Kung meron man, hindi ko sila close. At kung may opportunity man na pumunta ko dun eh isang araw lang at larga na agad kami pauwi. how sad.

Summer, anjan ang mga swimming ng family, or ng mga barkada or classmates. Ewan ko ba parang this year's summer was the most boring summer vacation ng buhay ko. Kumbaga eh wala ako sa mood. Amf. Nagswimming sila sa isang beach sa Bataan, hindi ako sumama. Nagswimming sila sa isang resort sa Bulacan, ayoko pa rin sumama. mas feel ko pang makisalo at makisawsaw at makipagsiksikan sa swimming pool ng kapatid kong maliit.

Nakakasawa. Araw-araw na lang. Siguro, In a day, 6-7 hours ako nakaharap sa computer (kaadikan) Gigising ako ng 9am, lalabas ng bahay at magbabantay ng pc shop until lunch then after that, uuwi ako sa house para matulog at matulog at kumain at makinig ng radio para makatulog ulit. At pagkagising, nood ng tv, kain ng dinner, tambay sa labas at magbantay ulit ng shop, at kapag wala nang customers ay magsasara na ako at uuwi na para makinig ng radyo or manuod ng tv hanggang madaling araw. Araw-araw na lang. Nakakasawa na. Anu ba namang buhay toh?

PERO~ hindi dito nagtatapos ang lahat. Masaya pa din naman ako kahit ganito ang summer ko. Bakit? Kasi masaya ko at lagi akong online at nakaka-pag update ng email ko. Madami din akong na-discover na mga bagay-bagay. Kahit papaano naman eh naging makabuluhan ung summer ko. Natuto ako mag-plurk at nagsawa mag-friendster. Gumawa ng account sa Facebook at maglaro ng petsociety. Mag-download ng mga latest songs at patugtugin ng malakas sa loob ng shop. Maglaro ng dress-up, burger machine, at maglutu-lutuan sa y8, (may y3 na dn pala ngaun ^^) .At makipag-chat sa mga taong sa computer ko lang nakilala. Special Mention ko pla si Bluaxel.. ay mali.. BlueXeal pla. Sorry duling lang. hehe. Napagkamalan pa kitang si yabz nun. lolz. Thanks nga pala dba pag-uwi mo dito diba lilibre mo ko? thanks talaga :D at mababayaran mo na mga utang mo sakin. ahhaha. (peace)

Anyway, next week eh enrollment na. Salamat at makakalabas nanaman ako ng Barracks. Maglalakbay patungong eskwelahan ng halos isang oras. Makikita nanaman ang mga classmates na pasaway at ang mga professors na walang ginawa kundi.. syempre turuan kami. Andyan nanaman ang bagong bag, sapatos, notebook at tenteeeneeeneeeen.. ang aking INTERNSHiP uniform xD.. excited?

The Beauty of Teaching

This inspiring thought came from one of my beloved professors that made me realize the purpose of my existence in this world. He made me believe in my own abilities as a future educator. He taught me to have strong determination in making life meaningful through LOVE, HOPE, and FAITH. He also made me realize how affectionate and influential I am as a teacher to be.

He read this letter in front of our class I noticed his eyes get teary. (whew) pinipigilan nyang umiyak, pero, naiyak na tlga sya.

At that moment, mas tumaas nga ung determination ko to continue what I have started. Mas na-realize ko how wonderful pala to be a teacher. Eventhough mahirap, Mr. CYA told us, "of course mahirap talaga, eh magiging ano ba kayo balang araw?"
Napaisip ako, I'm a future educator pala and kalakip nun ay ung puyat, pagod, gutom, at sakit sa ulo.

TEACHING is not merely just to fill students' mind with informations but also to mold their values as we act as their second parent. Teaching is so much more than a "job" -for me, this noble profession is more complex than any other professions in this world because in teaching, you must me a mentor, a friend, an actress, a mother and an expert, right? We teach because we must and we teach because we are the weavers of society.

So, 'till death do we part from teaching!

Tearjerkers

Nowadays, I have observed that many people are really in to Korean Movies/Telenovelas [of course i'm one of them] . I have watched many korean movies, grabeh I almost cry. [nipipigilan ko lan sarili ko na umiyak kc pagtatawanan nila ko hehe] The best reason why I love to watch korean movies is because of the twists and turns of the stories. right? xupeer. dupeer. As a matter of fact, I borrowed a dvd of this from my classmate and I watched the whole series. I started watching it from 8pm, tuloy-tuloy hanggang madaling araw i didn't sleep talaga cuz the story was so amazing and exciting. Hanggang sa nag-umaga na, I ate and took some rest for a few minutes and I continued to watch it until I finished it ng mga 2pm. [di nman ako masyadong adik nuh?]

The names of those who have practiced my profession ring like a hall

of fame for humanity...Booker T. Washington, Buddha, Confucius, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Leo Buscaglia, Moses and Jesus.

I am also those whose names and faces have long been forgotten

but whose lessons and character will always be remembered in the accomplishments of their students.

I have wept for joy at the weddings of former students, laughed with

glee at the birth of their children and stood with head bowed in grief and confusion by graves dug too soon for bodies far too young.

Throughout the course of a day I have been called upon to be an

actor, friend, nurse and doctor, coach, finder of lost articles, money lender, taxi driver, psychologist, substitute parent, salesman, politician and a keeper of the faith.

really had nothing to teach, for my students really have only themselves to learn, and I know it takes the whole world to tell you who you are.

for centuries. A teacher knows that if he builds with love and truth, what he builds will last forever.

I am a warrior, daily doing battle against peer pressure, negativity,

fear, conformity, prejudice, ignorance and apathy: But I have great allies: Intelligence, Curiosity, Parental Support, Individuality, Creativity, Faith, Love and Laughter all rush to my banner with indomitable support.

And who do I have to thank for this wonderful life I am so fortunate

to experience, but you the public, the parents. For you have done me the great honor to entrust to me your greatest contribution to eternity, your children.

And so I have a past that is rich in memories. I have a present

that is challenging, adventurous and fun because I am allowed to spend my days with the future.

I am a teacher...and I thank God for it every day.
